Abridge Notice Inviting Tender

 

N. I. T.  No. – 16 of 2008 – 2009 of General Manager [Engg.] – II, WBHIDCO.

 

Sealed Tenders in printed tender form of West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. are being hereby invited from bonafide, resourceful and experienced contractors having experience of execution of similar nature of jobs. Application for tender forms is to be addressed to General Manager (Engg.) – II, WBHIDCO, Jatragachi Action Area – II, Newtown, Kolkata with all supporting documents.

Name of Work.

:

Balance work of construction of Service Road of Southern Extension of Major Arterial Road in AA – ID in Newtown, Kolkata.

Estimated amount put to tender.

:

Rs.2,92,69,948/-

03.

Completion time.

:

120 (one hundred twenty) days from the date of Work Order.

04.

Cost of each set of tender document.

:

Rs.3,000/- [Rupees three thousand] only (non refundable) to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable at Kolkata from any Nationalised Bank in favour of WBHIDCO LTD. Tender documents may be obtained by the eligible applicant (s) from the office of the Chief Finance Officer, WBHIDCO, Salt Lake Stadium Complex, Gate No. – 3,       Sector – III, Kolkata – 700 098 after obtaining permission from General Manager (Engg.) - II, WBHIDCO.

Amount of Earnest Money.

:

Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lacs) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable at Kolkata from any Nationalised Bank in favour of WBHIDCO LTD. Successful tenderer will have to deposit balance amount of earnest money to cover @ 2% of tendered amount in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order payable at Kolkata from any Nationalized Bank in favour of WBHIDCO Ltd. after receipt of LOI.

Applicants must have satisfactory completion and payment certificates of similar type of individual job value not less than 60% of the estimated amount put to tender during last 3 (three) financial years and must have annual turnover of Rs.3 (three) crores in each year during last 3 (three) financial years. The applicant must have own/leasehold machineries etc. of minimum requirement as per detailed NIT.
