Abridged Notice Inviting Tender

 

N.I.T. No.- 07 of 2008-2009 of General Manager (Engg.) – IV, WBHIDCO.

 

Sealed Tenders in printed tender form of West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. are being hereby invited from the bonafied, reliable, resourceful contractors having experience of execution of similar nature of jobs. Application for tender forms is to be addressed to General Manager (Engg)-IV, WBHIDCO, of 03, MAR, New Town, Kolkata -700156 with all supporting documents.

 

 

1. Name of Work

:

Construction of Box-Bridge on Garland Canal connecting Ghuni Nawabpur Road in AA-II E, New Town, Kolkata..

 

 

 

2. Estimated Amount put to     tender

 

 :

 

 Rs.1,26,69,135.00 only.

 

 

 

3. Completion Period

:

6 (Six) Months from the date of issue of Work Order.

 

 

 

 

4. Cost of Tender Document

:

Rs. 3000.00 (Rupees Three thousand only) (Non refundable), to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable at Kolkata from any Nationalised Bank in favour of WB HIDCO Ltd.

 

 

 

5. Amount of Earnest Money

:

Rs.1,00,000.00 [Rupees One Lakh] Balance earnest money to make the total earnest money to 2% of the estimated amount put to tender shall have to be deposited by the successful tenderer before issuance of L.O.I. All the aforesaid deposits are to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “WB HIDCO LTD.” Payable at Kolkata.

Applicants must have satisfactory completion and payment certificates of similar type of individual job value not less than 50% of the estimated amount put to tender in individual contract value for a single job during last 3 [Three] Financial Year.
