With the object of enabling low and middle income groups and cross sections of the society as such, to acquire a house/flat of their own at affordable cost,  WBHIDCO Ltd. intends to allot plots in Action Area-II and Action Area III for residential purpose.

The details of individual plots in Action Area-II & Action Area-III and prices thereon for sale are given below

MIG(I) stands for Middle Income Group (Individual)
HIG(I) -I & HIG(I) -II stands for High Income Group (Individual)

The details of Cooperative plots in Action Area-II & Action Area-III and prices thereon for sale are given below

LIG(C) stands for Low Income Group(Cooperative)
MIG(C) stands for Middle Income Group(Cooperative)
HIG(C) stands for High Income Group(Cooperative)
Large Coop stands for a Society of 32 members irrespective of income group

Reservations

WBHIDCO Ltd. will follow reservation of quota system in respect of allotment of residential plots as under.

In case of reservations mentioned at a) & b)  above, lots will be drawn within the groups in case the number of applicants exceeds the number of plots. As regards c) above, plots will be allotted by the Chairman, WBHIDCO Ltd. in accordance with the principles already laid down.
