The entire operation i.e. right from the sale of brochures (including Application Form), collection of Application Money

The cost of the brochure is Rs.300/- per brochure and will not be sent by Post. |
|
The Application Money shall be paid in crossed Demand Draft /Pay Order only and drawn in favour of WBHIDCO
Ltd. payable in Kolkata. Name of applicants society, together with category of Plots and application Form No should be written on the back of Pay Order/ Demand Draft. |

The Chief Promoter of the society shall apply for the plot in the prescribed form annexed herewith along a
copy of the resolution of the meeting of the proposed society duly attested by the Chief Promoter. |
|
The applications are expected to be scrutinized and the lotteries may be held in the first quarter of 2005.
The final allotment letters to successful applicants are expected to be issued shortly there after. |

Refund of application money to unsuccessful applicants will be made only in Indian Rupees and on
production of original money receipts only. Applicant Cooperative Housing Society must furnish Society's Bank A/c (Savings/ Current) and name of the Bank Branch where such account is held in order to
facilitate the Bank to refund Application Money to the unsuccessful applicant. |

Applicants may purchase the brochure from any of the designated Bank branches mentioned above. Likewise, they
must deposit the filled in Application together with Application Money in any of the designated Bank. |
|
The receipt issued by the bank for application money and instalments should be preserved carefully and
produced before the bank whenever required. The last receipt must be produced while paying each subsequent instalment. |
|
The brochures will be on sale from16.11.04 to 24.12.04. The brochure along with application form will be
