Modifications of the Tender Document along with the annexures issued vide tender notice no.383/HIDCO/ Admn-890/2006 dated 02.02.2008 in pursuance of the Pre-bid meeting held on 12.02.2008.
Para 1.24 is modified as follows
Tenderer will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance of Computer hardware systems UPS, and peripherals for five years or three years as specified in the annexures without any additional charge during the five years or three years’ warranty period, as the case may be after supply, installation and commissioning of the system. In case of default the HIDCO shall have the right to arrange maintenance at tenderer’s risk and cost from any other source.
Para 1.25 is modified as follows:
Comprehensive maintenance will cover replacement of all defective parts equipments except stationery, ribbons, floppy disks and CDs.
Para 3 is modified as follows
The supply & installation work shall have to be executed strictly within six weeks from the date of receipt of the work order. For any late delivery or completion, a penalty shall be imposed @1% of the tendered amount per week of default or part thereof. The quoted rates, terms and conditions shall remain unchanged (without any price escalation). However, during the execution of the job if any new item of work is required, it will be taken as supplementary item of work
Para 4(i) is modified as follows: Separate Quotations in INR must be submitted. Unit price for individual items (supply hardware as well as Installation) should be quoted both in figures and words inclusive of all statutory levies like sales tax, Works contract tax etc. Price schedule should also be inclusive of delivery charges at site, installation and commissioning of the system.
Para 4(ii) is modified as follows:
Price bid must be furnished in the summary format with the total value of tender.
Para 4(iii) is deleted
Para 13(vii) is modified as follows:
Non-Compliance or, Deviation in any of the Criteria / Specification (less than the minimum prescribed) may result in technical rejection of the Bid and price-bid will not be opened.
Last date of submission of tender is 19.02.2008 upto 2.00 PM and the same will be opened on the same day at 3.00PM.
All other terms and conditions as laid down in the Tender Document issued vide No. 383/HIDCO/ Admn-890/2006 dated 02.02.2008 will remain unchanged.
