NOTICE

            Sealed quotations are invited from the manufacturers of branded Scanner / Authorised dealer for supply of branded scanner (scanning width of 42”/1067mm and 18”/457mm.)

1.      The authorised dealer having current endorsement certification may also quote rate.

2.      The acceptance of quotation will rest with the accepting authority who does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any offer and deserves the right to reject in part or in full or all offers received, without assigning any reason thereof.

3.      The authority also deserves the right to issue supply order for the whole or a portion of the items to one or more eligible quotationer

4.      Interested quotationers are requested to submit their quotation within …………. at 2 p.m. giving details specification and the same will be opened on ……………… at 3 p.m. in this office (Administration Wing)
