Dear applicants,

Thank you very much for your overwhelming support by participating in the lottery held on 31st May, 29th June, 30th June, 1st July, 5th July, 6th July and 7th July of 2005 for allotment of plots in New Town in respect of the scheme No. AA-II/3.AA-III/1.

Unsuccessful applicants in the lottery may withdraw application money from the concerned bank where the application money has been originally deposited. Applicants are requested to bring with them the actual money receipt given by the respective banks. Schedule of refund of application money by the concerned banks is given below:-

Allotment of plot in scheme No AA-III/2

It is further notified for general information that a few more plots in each category as stated below will be allotted through lottery to be held sometime in October, 2005 exclusively for the unsuccessful applicants in the above mentioned lottery for the scheme AA-II/3.AA-III/1 ended 07.07.05.

Possession of such plots will, however, be handed over after one year from the date of possession of those plots as laid down in the brochure for scheme AA-II/3.AA-III/1. Unsuccessful applicants interested to participate in the said lottery on the above condition, may retain application money with the concerned banks where application money was deposited. All other conditions laid down in the brochure for the scheme AA-II/3.AA-III/1 shall remain unchanged and will be applicable for the retainer applicants for the scheme AA-III/2. No separate application is necessary for this purpose. Lottery will be held on the on the same code numbers allotted against each application number for the scheme AA-II/3.AA-III/1. No interest will be paid for retention of application money.

If application money is not withdrawn within the schedule time mentioned above it will be presumed that the applicant is interested to participate in the lottery for the scheme no. AA-III/2. The next refund will be made after the lottery for the Scheme AA-III/2 is over. The date for such refund will be announced later.
